It is universally understood now that exercise is essential for the body, but what are safe and reasonable exercises? We developed a training routine based on many years of training experience which basically consists of a set of bodily movements known as "the short cycle, fast return, high effectiveness" rhythm gymnastic exercises. Through 50 minutes each part of the body receives uninterrupted exercise, from jumps and quick walking that enhances lung function and improves cardiovascular function. The exercises also employ a series of movement that helps strengthen the abdomen and buttocks muscles, for mothers who like to look good.

Life is hectic and bustles about, but your good health dictates that you find the time to give your body the exercise it needs. Work is intense and full of pressure; please do not neglect your health -- because the body is your qualification.
